kernel panic on install

Getting kernel panic when installing --current on my Rpi3. Using the August 2019 installer image. It says the system is dead locked on memory. I have 2G of swap space partitioned.

Can you mount the partition after "dd"? I don't use any swap here.

How can I mark this as solved in the mobile app? Or deleted?
