Slackpkg mirror's


Slackpakg keeps giving me the 'You must setup one Mirror' error.
Damn it!! I have!! and only one mirror.
Do I have to do a reboot?? to take affect??

My only recommendation is to take a very good look at your file and make sure the server list is still valid, or try pointing to another mirror. Take a close look and make sure you do only have mirror selected.

No reboot should be necessary; the program calls the config file every time you run it.

also, are you editing the mirror as root? silly question maybe, but we've all made that mistake...

I modified my file so only a few mirrors are listed and only one is uncommented.
I still get the "no mirror's" error.
Yes I am root.

If you run the following, you should only get one line of output - your selected mirror:

grep -v '^#' /etc/slackpkg/mirrors | sed -e '/^ *$/d'
Could there be a mirror in the .conf file that shouldn't be there?
