abga,

Success!!!! I downloaded the driver in your latest post and used make and make install. Still no internet after rebooting. I had to make Network Manager executable with "chmod +x /etc/rc.d/rc.networkmanager" and reboot and voila! Thank you very, very much!!

Happy to hear you're online now. You can start updating your system with slackpkg and keep the driver source archive & instructions handy, as you'll need to recompile&install it on every kernel upgrade.
