You can install slackpkg's with something like; (as root)
Code:
installpkg flashplayer-plugin-11.2.202.491-x86_64-1alien.txz
or I often see instructions to install things with;
Code:
upgradepkg --install-new flashplayer-plugin-11.2.202.491-x86_64-1alien.txz
(Change the txz or tgz filename to whatever you have).

Package install logs entries are in /var/log/packages/ ... just in case you need to find the name of a package you want to upgrade or remove.
Code:
removepkg packagename
Such as...
Code:
removepkg xfce4-weather-plugin
Some more info/packages related to installations;

SlackBuilds contains a large repository of installation scripts.
http://slackbuilds.org/
You can also use sbopkg http://sbopkg.org/ to search or install/remove SBo packages - (the resulting package of a slackbuild script).

There's also slacky.eu http://slacky.eu/ which contains a few other packages.

There is an excellent 'extension' to the slackpkg tool called slackpkgplus (slackpkg+). This adds a few neat features to slackpkg, plus will let you add additional repositories.
Check out Alien's blog post about slackpkg+

Hangaber, thank you a lot for such a detailed answer!

I have successfully solve my problem. The solution was to create /etc/asounf.conf file with this settings
Code:
defaults.ctl.card 1
defaults.pcm.card 1
Now FlashPlayer in Firefox and sound in all applications are working fine.
