Will cron.hourly run if no one is logged in?

I have some traveling coming up so I whipped up a quick bash script that will email me if my IP changes on my home server. That way I won't get locked out while I'm on the road. However If I leave the system on with no user or root logged in will the cronjobs still run? I pretty sure they do but just want to confirm?

Thanks.

Thanks for the response, and I just tested it and you're correct it does still run.
