To find archived copies of the BIOS, all I did was plug "NUC8i5BEH ark intel" into Duckduckgo to find the product page for the machine.
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us...nuc8i5beh.html

Plug that in at archive.org and start stepping through the archived copies of the page.
https://web.archive.org/web/2020*/ht...nuc8i5beh.html

Oldest being 2 May 2019 at BIOS version 0066, newest not checked.

Not all edits of a page will be archived, and there may be more than one entry point to BIOS download pages that has been archived, though I don't know where others would be offhand.

Taking that same path again, next after 0073 is 0078

Best of luck.

Oh ... I found version 0077 on Feb 26 2020 but if I try to download I get this:
Code:
The Wayback Machine has not archived that URL.

Click here to search for all archived pages under https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29282/eng/.
