12 SP1 no patch for Meltdown and Spectre ?

Hi,
Does anybody know if patch for Meltdown and Spectre for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP1 is ready?

I cannot really find precise information on SUSE site dedicated for this problem.
At the moment of writing this post there is there is no information for 12 SP1 but looks like 12 SP2 and SP3 patched are ready.
