Slackware Live Edition cups problem

Hello!
I installed the Slackware Live Edition on a usb stick.
I did

Code:
chmod +x /etc/rc.d/rc.cups
/etc/rc.d/rc.cups start
open firefox on http://localhost:631/ and I didn't get nothing

I need to change anything on /etc/cups/cupsd.conf ?
In my machine using Slackware 14.2 it works by default.

It is possible to install multilib on Live edition?
I saw a file called multilib in the ftp of Slackware live, but I don't know how to install it.

I assume you've confirmed that cupsd is running and listening on port 631? I don't know why it wouldn't be, but check with
Code:
netstat -tupln|grep 631
Is the CUPS web interface enabled in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf? There should be 'WebInterface Yes' present.

Check with
Code:
grep Web /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
and adjust if necessary.

Is it running?
Code:
ps aux | grep cups
Is it even listening?
Code:
telnet 127.0.0.1 631

So, what specific ISO image did you use?
I booted the Slackware Live Edition (the full slackware variant) to check on your issue. I found that it starts CUPS by default (as intended). The CUPS web interface at http://localhost:631/ works, as well.
