https://xanmod.org/ .I know my way around CLI so if something goes fubar I don't panic and I try to fix. Some basic questions, first I am running a laptop with Nvidia gpu, so I will have to install the driver from scratch as I haven't found pre-compiled packages, this is something I am familiar with, might be a bit rusty tbh, from what I recall I had to drop down to init 3, install the driver than back up to init 5 ( please correct me if I am mistaken, it has been over a decade since I did this dirty nvidia driver install. I noticed they provide with precompiled packages in the synaptic software but no graphics. So basically a few questions, once I install the xanmod package, whats the next step? Nvidia driver? Also If any of you guys took the plunge and installed this, any feedback much apriacted.
