I don't know what you expect from this forum, or anyone except the provider of the service, for that matter.

Great; so why continue to post if you've understood? You have only the choices given:
  • Gather data using what's been told to you, or whatever else you can research on your own.
  • Offer your expertise to "them" to get things working better
  • Pay for something
What are your other choices? Can you name any? And again, what is it you're expecting anyone here, or in any forum, to be able to do for you???
