Mint ships with apparmor out of the box?


So does Mint 19 come with apparmor out of the box?

It's there but you have to switch it on. This seems to tell you all you need to do (I can't speak from experience, as CentOS uses SEL instead)

The link is for Mint 18.3.

Mint 19 appears to have apparmor loaded and running by default. You will have to install apparmor-profiles separately though for additional profiles.

I have daul booted Linux on several machines and never heard this apparmor before
