Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. We're happy to help, but you need to show some effort and do research first, before posting. And be aware that this is NOT urgent for anyone here...we volunteer our time, so asking for/expecting 'urgent' help is a bit rude.
Since this is an 'urgent requirement', did you try putting "how to upgrade Oracle Linux" into Google, and reading the *very first hit*, which is from Oracles own website, with the exact procedures to follow? Also, be aware that unless you're subscribed to the Oracle channels, an in-place upgrade isn't going to be easy, and a format/reload of your system may be the way to go. Are you paying for OEL?
