Normalize volume with "bit perfect" mode - cannot use replaygain

I have a collection of Flac music.
After reading, Bit perfect is the way to play music "perfectly".

But there is one catch: Replaygain will not work then.

Is there a program with linux that can turn the linux audio device volume knob down to XX dB, as linux detects a too high volume? So that I do not have to do it myself?
