How to run commands at the start up and how to disable password for enabling wifi

Hello, I'm kinda new in Linux (I use Kubuntu) and I have two questions.

I want to run these two commands everytime I startup my laptop:

xinput set-prop 14 "libinput Accel Speed" -0.3
xinput disable 11

And I want to skip the password for enabling wifi when I start up my laptop, I think is KDE wallet or something like that

• every desktop environment has a gui utility to add commands to autostart, sometimes also called startup applications. must be hidden in the menu somewhere.
• every desktop environment has a gui utility for network management that should enable you to save the settings for a connection so that the password is NOT asked for over and over.

On KDE, you should have a net_applet icon in the extreme lower right of the Desktop. Right click the icon and you should see wireless connections and that should show wireless connections available to you. Select yours and you will likely be prompted for the root (sudo) password, enter that and you should see a window with your wireless connection, click the configure tab, enter the passphrase and click OK.

In KDE, in your user /home directory you should have two directories names autostart and autostart-scripts. The are in a hidden directory named .config so you will need to select either the View or Control tab at the top of the file manager (that's in dolphin) and select Show hidden files.
