What the title says, that's what I ask both of those gentlemen.
Today, there is no more support on that particular hosting for the GeoIP thing need by KTorrent, both for the one from KDE4 from -current and the one from the latest Plasma5.
That results in a nasty warning message when you start that application, either in standard -current or in a Plasma5 installation.
And I have the habit to run it always, then every time I start the computer, that GeoIP warning from KTorrent welcome me.

Mr Hameleers, that's a complete fair point regarding Plasma5 and the KTorrent version shipped by it. OK, let's wait for the KDE developers to do their job.
But I have serious doubts that those KTorrent updates will ever be backported to the version used by -current today and its KDE4.
Then at least on -current, I think that that GeoIP thing on KTorrent is as good as dead.

After all, Mr. Hameleers made a statement which was fully agreed by OP, and Mr. Volkerding on his -current side already patched the KTorrent to use a local copy of GeoIP database.
