Huawei SCL-L04 Transfer Pix to Linux Laptop

I have only been able to find apps specific to Win and Mac. The phone is deactivated from the network so I can't email the pix to myself.

Have you got Bluetooth? Most phones have it, if you don't have it on your system, a bluetooth dongle is cheap.

The other way is a USB transfer. You have to look into the phones documentation to see if there is anything you need to change in settings to allow the phone to look like an external hard drive.

Sometimes I'm a bit slow; forgive me. I enabled wifi on the phone and simply bypassed the telco network to send the pix to my laptop (also wifi enabled).

So the problem is resolved? If yes, could you mark the thread solved? Only the original poster can mark it solved. ( Look under 'Thread Tools' at the top of the thread.
