I am primarily a Windows programmer, but I've made a point to keep my skills up in Linux as well (currently writing a program in NASM x64 on this Ubuntu system using NVIM...very different from Visual Studio for sure). Also teaching myself PostgreSQL on this machine.
I currently have this machine (an XPS laptop with a 16 core i7-1360P) running Ubuntu 23.10, an old XPS laptop running Debian 12 and a 20 core i9-10900K desktop running Windows 11. I was also running MX Linux on the old laptop as well.
I started using WSL several years ago and decided I really needed to concentrate on building my Linux skills for real. I have been greatly enjoying working on Linux.
