All,

Further information on StarLink shows the "RV Package" is actually available via satellite everywhere, but there is a problem there! They list no customer service or tech service phone number and filling in the "Order" address on the website always errors with this msg: "Please include an address or plus code" because it does not actually take the address.

Since there is no phone number listed, I can not signup for this until I have a phone number. If you have a number for them please share!

Cheers!

jefro,

On what service? Only StarLink has service out here and when I try to place an order with StarLink it does not accept the shipping address, so can never place an order.

TBNK

PS
Hve tried 3 different shipping addresses and nothing works and alll are legitimate addresses.

Called SpaceX and left a message.

All,

Since StarLink has no published phone number but is a SpaceX company I called and left a message with SpaceX about my issues. Hopefully I'll get feedback shortly!

Cheers!

Have you considered HughesNet. I understand they have satellite internet all across the US.

computersavvy,

If you looked at the comparison of the 2 you would see easily why StarLink is greatly preferred. Issues are:

1.) Speed,
2.) Limits,
3.) Costs,
4.) Weather fading,
5.) Throttling,
6.) etc.

I just need to persist, until I gwt this package.

Cheers!

Nice

What package did you get and how many devices do you have in your LAN to connect outbound?
I'm interested to see if they support NAT for an average home or small business.

jefro,

AT&T and Verizon are taking on no new customers for these old copper line technologies as they are all upgrading to fiber, but it really sucks when they do not have fiber even within 20 miles of you and are not scheduled to roll-out in late 2023 or 2024.

Cheers!
