How to download updates without installing


Dear Team,

If i need to update my system, I'll execute
#yum update
#yum upgrade

But I need to download all the packages to specific folder without installing it.

How to do?
Kindly help !!!

Try

Code:
yum update --downloadonly --downloaddir=/your/dir
