Editing your own post does NOT let you edit the title of the post
Title line of user posts should be editible

In my example after posting I notice in LQ last posts column you only show about 25 characters of the title line.

In my case a keyword of the issue was near the end of the title and not shown in the "lasts posts",
so it would be very helpful if the user could edit their own post's Title line' Or It would be much better (but more work for you) to show the full title line in "last Posts" since users browsing most of the time this abbreviated title will not be what they are looking for

While you can change the title of your post, it will not update the title of the thread. To do this, you need to use the "Report" functionality and a mod will change it. Do note that both "View New Posts" and "View Latest Threads" show the full thread title.
