another case of thread bolded without any (new) replies in search results

i've seen this happen before. i regularly do "My LQ > My Threads" which runs some kind of search. normally threads with new activity show in bold else not in bold. but on occasion there is a thread that shows in bold despite no activity since i last checked. i have no idea where the bug is (if it is a bug) but i can imagine a few places.

i can work around this initially by seeing number of replies is 0. but after there are replies, i'd need to remember how many from last time i looked.
