I'm not sure what you're doing. You say you're trying to install 'libstdc++3.2.2-5'. The real name is 'libstdc++-3.2.2.5' (an extra hyphen). But your command shows you trying to install (not upgrade as recommended) libstdc++-devel.
As for the exclusive lock, do you perhaps have a GUI package manager open somewhere? Does 'ps -ef | grep rpm' show any 'hung' rpm commands? Failing all else, perhaps a reboot is in order to make sure things are cleaned up...
Oh yes! After I install libstdc++-devel, everything work fine! Before, my system have just installed libstdc++, but not libstdc++-devel. Anyway, really thanks for you help!! Thank you very much! I really learn a lot from you!
I don't know what is going wrong with the Mozilla of RedHat 9
When I use normal user to login, after launching the Mozilla, ths system seems to be working on loading the Mozilla. However, after awhile, nothing appear.
