This thread is a long time coming I suppose.
I've been a member here since what, 2004? I posted a bit back then trying to troubleshoot my old Dell laptop. I then got into working and traveling and going around the world and really haven't messed with linux much.
I'm now running Ubuntu Mate full time and may well be popping back in here from time to time looking for answers but so far so good!
Anyways...hello to all of you LQ members new and old! It's good to be back!
