[SOLVED] Mouse does not work in CRUX 3.4 under vmware

Good day all,

I am trying to mouse working under VMWare in CRUX 3.4. I have tried "vmmouse" driver instead of "mouse" driver, "/dev/input/mouse0" instead of "/dev/input/mice" device and "USB","PS/2" and "ExplorerPS/2" protocols instead of auto but that did not help.
open-vm-tools are installed, xorg-xf86-input-vmmouse installed as well, but mouse still does not move. Any suggestions what could I do?

P.S. Mouse does work in VirtualBox without any problems

Found and checked answer:

Kernel should be built with CONFIG_MOUSE_PS2 option selected.
