I am trying to move my main development machine to linux. I have Fedora 30 installed on my threadripper machine.

performance of the windows 10 vm is unusable. I have run windows 10 in a vm on unraid on this machine and it worked quite nice. I have all the virtualization options turned on in the bios. I have installed the latest Spice guest utilities on the windows guest. I am using virtio-win-0.1.171 for the initial install drivers.
