View Poll Results: Which X Window System You Like More
I didn't putted a multiple choice poll, because i'm asking in your opinion which is the best in your opinion, but post here the others that you like and/or use!
I love the KDE and I love the fluxbox. I'm in fluxbox now. It looks like how I imagined linux the first time I heard of it. KDE 4+ looks sooo much better than vista IMHO. I'm running slackware 12.2 so I have default kde 3.5 installed. I love the "customizability". I like to run fluxbox when gaming and KDE for everything else.
Fluxbox is a champ; I especially like being able to customize everything by editing text files in vim. It's complex enough to be pretty, but simple enough to grasp almost completely: Fluxbox is perfect for me.
Fluxbox here too. I use a lot of shortcut keys (~/.fluxbox/keys) which really speeds things up - the downside is when I use a windows box and my shortcuts aren't available...
I'm not voting in the poll because I haven't tried all of them so cannot have an informed opinion; also some are desktop environments while others are window managers (OK -- the line between the two is blurred).
Some of the choices in the poll will get low votes simply because few people have used them, not because they compare unfavourably to the others.
I used Gnome for over a year and switched to Xfce less than a month ago; I am liking Xfce better than Gnome.
I use IceWM. But your poll is a little off. X window system would be Xorg or XFree86. All those others are classified under window managers and/or desktop environments.

"A little" is an euphemism. The X server has nothing to do with the window manager or desktop environment, which is what this thread is about.
The title is completely misleading.
X servers are Xorg, XFree, Y-Window, Kdrive, etc. Relation to this thread: zero. I suggest a title change.
