urpmis don't install properly

Mandrake 10.1
Suddenly urpmi packages don't install. I reinstalled my / and /usr partitions and the problem remains. Wouldn't / or /usr be the only places where a urpmi download would be affected? Where else would a problem be? Maybe I should try a complete reinstall except for /home.

hi,
By "don't install",do you mean that you download them and they will not install..OR...Do you mean that you can't download them? If so try changing your source repositories..
I have no clue for the first case..
goodluck,
