Question Try to compile a program(SparForte, not mine), and compile can't see a command which IS In path !

hello.
Here it is :
./home/mehdi/Bureau/sparforte-1.5.1-src/configure
output -> everything is ok until "WARNING: Unable to locate the mysql_config command. "
But mysql is there /usr/bin/mysql_config
And $PATH=/usr/gnat/bin:/usr/gtk-3.8.4/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin

So: dammit, what's happening, I can't do anything from now on.
I've already failed installing SparForte from binaries, but as there was only the Linux Mint version, I supposed, that it wasn't smart from the start, and complicated as it was, I thought it couldn't possibly be more so, trying to compile the sources directly.
Please, anyone, please reason a bit this f$%*ù@g obstinate script.
Thanks !

What is your system info (distro) and where did you download? A quick google search shows http://sparforte.com/download.html and it has wide variety.

Talking

Sorry, I forgot the most elementary civilities. My name is Debian last version/last of the name,
and I download the sources, there http://sparforte.com/downloads/sparf....1-src.tar.bz2
I add, that I added /usr/bin to /home/mehdi/.profile 's PATH, to be sure. No result. I can use mysql_config while in root, but that "config" script can't.

First, I just run 'apt-get install mariadb-server', letting be every package I could have install to settle this issue, but I didn't do what is on the page. Second, because there was no result, I de-installed all package related to "mysql".
Then, I installed mariadb-server as shown here https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariad...e&version=10.1
mariadb is here, I didn't do anything special to configure it(save from leaving empty the "new password" field), for I don't think I'll ever have to use manually a database. After this, no more 'mysql_config' command available.
I read mysql_config was in libmariadbclient-dev for those who use the drop-in replacement to mysql. After I got it, mysql_config appeared once again. But, the script can't see it more than it could before.

If I'm ok with not having mysql support in my sparforte, Here's the result while running 'make' :
Quote:
make -C src
make[1]: Entering directory '/home/mehdi/Bureau/sparforte-1.5.1-src/src'
gcc -DGSTREAMER -Wall -c c_gstreamer.c
c_gstreamer.c:2:21: fatal error: gst/gst.h: No such file or directory
#include "gst/gst.h"
^
compilation terminated.
GNUmakefile:109: recipe for target 'c_gstreamer.o' failed
make[1]: *** [c_gstreamer.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/mehdi/Bureau/sparforte-1.5.1-src/src'
GNUmakefile:12: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: [all] Error 2 (ignorée)
Something tells me, that it is unrelated to the databases' issue. I precise that I needed to run ./configure with --make option. Here I just type 'make'
