I have got that warning several times in the past, I am not 100% sure what it is related to, but I do know it is a warning and not a error. It has never interefered with the installation of a package before (at least, not for me).
When you install the package, you should only use the filename, the "warning: " is not part of the filename and should not be in the command line.
You might try the following:
rpm -i kdelibs-3.2.2-3.src.rpm
or
rpm -ivh kdelibs-3.2.2-3.src.rpm
The addition of the "vh" will provide you with a status bar which reflects the installation progress. Be aware however, that you are installing the SOURCE CODE of kdelibs with those lines, and not the compiled library. If you want to install the compiled version, find a .rpm appropiate for your machine architecture eg. kdelibs-3.2.2-3.i386.rpm. If you want to build kdelibs from the source you can try:
rpmbuild --rebuild kdelibs-3.2.2-3.src.rpm
