Freevo Won't Play Video

I just compiled freevo from source in ubuntu 6.06, but when I try to play any of my videos I get a message that says "No Action Defined for this choice!". I think it is something in my local configuration file. Anyone have an idea of what is wrong?

Maybe you don't have the default video player setup in YOUR local_conf.py. Or maybe you don't have one in ~/.freevo of the user running freevo.
