egl library for cairo

I'm trying to manually install GTK3 on my slackware Linux 13 but packages are apparently missing.

I did a package check on GTK and it states egl is missing.

Where can I get such a package for Slackware?

There are two headers called egl.h One is part of mesa3d. The headers should be in /usr/include/GLES. The other comes with libepoxy (/usr/include/epoxy/egl.h). Given that slackware always includes headers in its library packages and you must have mesa3d, my guess is that libepoxy is missing.

btw Slackware 13 is out of date. We're on 14.2 now.
