current process's in gnome ?

how do i see the current process's in gnone ... e.g. similar to ctl+alt+del in win xp?

Well, you can open a terminal and type:
ps aux

As for a GUI, you can open the Gnome System Monitor (under System Tools or from the terminal by typing gnome-system-monitor) and view Processes.
