cd/dvd drive won't open in Slackware


Hello Linux buddy's,

I have a problem with open my cd/dvd drive with linux in the console!
Graphical can I open the dvd this because it's the game Battlefield2142 because it's in a .zip file I will run it in wine. I can't find the device media:/dev/sr0 in the konsole I don't see sr0. Is the problem because it is a zip file or what?

Srry for my bad english

On the console type in "mount".
This will show you if the CD drive has been mounted by the system.
If it is not ... the /etc/fstab file will show you your mount points.
