Can't compile KDE Theme Manager


I downloaded the KDE Theme Manager from http://ktown.kde.org/~lukas/kthememanager/
but when I do a ./configure I get:

the Gcc version you are using .......is not the same version
that was used to compile the current kernel............

so where do I get the right version of GCC???

My problem is that in compiling that software :

So, check this please and use another prefix!
I don't know where to --prefix , how should I do ?
