Can't build any project with Eclipse

Hello all,

I just installed Eclipse, after long fights, and now I stepped into another problem: it seems that I can't build any project. I always get this error: "make: *** [Helo.o] Error 127"

The default gcc is 4.1.

What can I do ?

Are you sure you have installed the needed compiler/linker stuff and make utility? Because they don't come along Eclipse, it's just a tool that uses them.

The output of uname -r is "2.6.22-3-686"
When I type "ls -l|grep gcc" to the terminal the link is to 4.1.

I downloaded CDT 4.0.3. which runs with Eclipse 3.3.
Must I install it ?
