Sorry to disappoint you. Ubuntu 20.04 doesn't include libgnomeui anymore. But Ubuntu 18.04 still does:

$ apt-file search libgnomeui-2.so
libgnomeui-0: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgnomeui-2.so.0
libgnomeui-0: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgnomeui-2.so.0.2400.5
libgnomeui-0-dbg: /usr/lib/debug/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgnomeui-2.so.0.2400.5
Perhaps, you should have stayed with LM 19.3, after all.
