Bittorrent: downloading Debian's iso

Hi,
I installed the Bittorrent using rpm package and I wanted to download the discs. Although I saved the .torrent file on my hard disc, the program didn't work. What I do wrong? I noticed that in the list of files types there is .torrent, but the program wchich should be used to open these files isn't chosen.

Save the torrent file to your harddisk. Then launch your program ( azureus is recommended ). From azureus, open the torrent file. You will asked by the program "where do you want to save the download file ?"
