Hi Habitual,

Sorry for the late reply.

The website is own personal developed web site hosted on docker.

I restarted docker using command docker restart <docker ID>

you find the correct thing that tutum provides hosted docker management.

docker have very complex configuration as it runs as independent system in the linux.
