Hello all,
Printing has worked O.K. for several months but within the last few days print jobs started adding up on the XP users queues but don't appear on the webmin / printers page of the server or when using commands like "lpc status". The samba server is now taking up to 15 mins on some print jobs. The successfully printed jobs remain in the windows queue. I have tried clearing all files in /var/spool/cups and there are no files in /var/spool/cups/tmp. I have tried manually clearing them from XP clients. Tried to
Code:
installpkg samba-3.0.25a-i486-1_slack10.1.tgz
and get error msg "file does not end with .tgz".
Here is my smb.conf:
Code:
[global]
