Hay gays I'm in seriosily problem. my database (PostgreSQL) has ever funtioned OK, but today don't let me insert a new row in a table and the record itsn't duplicated. I did a vacuum full and reindex the database and the problem continue. I don't know what the fuck is happening. Please any sugestion

Hello all, yesterday at night I resolved the problem. Here is the solution for someone that could have the same problem:
I have a method in PL-SQL that receive a group of records from a query and insert those records in a table. If the process don't receive any record it still waiting infinitely and lock the table. For this reason when I trait to INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE something in that table the system don't let me did it, I needed restart PostgreSQL to continue working with the table.
Remember every you implement a method check every possible problem or error that can occurrence.
