"A host of internet giants - from social networks to dating apps to porn sites - will join a protest Wednesday against plans to roll back rules protecting "net neutrality"."
FCC Chairman Ajit Pai recently implied that overwhelming public outcry won’t change his mind when it comes to net neutrality. In fact, he stated only economic analyses that prove there are benefits to keeping net neutrality would stop him from gutting net neutrality; however, when provided with said data, he dismisses it and instead attacks the source. So Ajit Pai and his Republican colleague (FCC Commissioner Michael O’Reilly) know what Americans prefer, but don’t care. They’re moving forward with their repeal of net neutrality anyway.
