XCP and VM's

Hello,

I'm new to working with these products. I just started a new job and my boss wants me to build a Hypervisor and put VM's on it. Right now it's not on the network but will be at some point. I installed XCP on 140 gigs but can't figure out what my next steps are and have a hard time finding anything on how to create VM's on it. Is there anyone that can give a total newbie a hand with this?

Thanks, I understand how to get XCP on the system, what I don't understand is how to build VM's on it without using a front end system through the network. Right now we don't have it on the network and just need to put a couple VM's on it.
