Unity Panels Suddenly don't show up.

All I get now is an empty background color. Don't think I did anything to cause this. Creating a new user and logging in I have the complete Unity interface. How do I get the interface back using my initial user Login?

Can you login into the system on the command line? If you can, check if there is any hidden folder and files for unity that stores the settings for the user for unity. Try removing the folders related to unity.
