Angry kernal panic Not Sync no init found, try passing init


I added 4gb ram on my pc, initally 2gb.
when i open my pc(ubuntu 16.04), sometimes it stars blinking screen regularly, by frustation i power off directly again and again.
then it shows me kernal panic not sync no init found. try passing message.

If you remove the newly added RAM, does the machine boot up without any issue?
