Since you don't come up with any specific question or information, you can only get a generic answer: http://library.gnome.org/users/evolution/3.1/

Are you asking us how to add your hotmail email account into evolution? If so, first you need to make sure hotmail allows you to access your mail through POP or IMAP. Many free email services won't allow this, since they rely on ad views to generate the income necessary to keep the mail service running. If hotmail DOES allow remote access through POP/IMAP, they should have an information page that gives you all of the information you need (server name, port numbers, etc). From there, it should be pretty straight forward to set up the account in evolution.

Adding an account in evolution shouldn't be much different than in any other mail client. Outlook, Thunderbird, Evolution...they all do basically the same thing, and all require the same information in order to get going.
