[SOLVED] How to narrow down error 'The exec() call failed' ?

Hello,
I was running Rhat 6.2 on my laptop T61p.
I upgraded it to Rhat 6.3. Upgraded went smoothly and I didn't have any issues except now every time after reboot I've got error message "The exec() call failed".
this is kind of irritating me but I have no idea how to trace it down and find what causes it.
Neither /var/log/messages nor dmesg give me any clue?
Any ideas how to narrow down it?

My first question would be, where are you seeing / receiving the error message?

The error message I've got on the desktop
I have to click 'OK' on it and then it disappears.

for X11 related errors see: /var/log/Xorg.0.log

I couldn't find any errors under X11 directory.

thanks for trying to help me ...
I found out that in my case the problem was caused by Symanter AntiVirus panel icon in Startup Applications.
After I disable that icon I didn't get the error any more.
