Config squid proxy to allow google/recaptcha and deny google.com. SSL bump setup.

Hello!
In brief, using squid as a proxy to filter content for work-related computers. I need to:
  • Allow access to google recaptcha services
  • Deny access to other google sites.

I am only somewhat familiar with the tools I've been trying to use, as a lot of the services were set up by a previous employee. I've been trying to expand on my company's squid proxy and have been running into some difficulties. Currently, *.google.com is not on the whitelist, and therefore is blocked. Unfortunately, this also blocks the embedded google reCaptcha in some of the websites that we do require access to.
I've tried to set up the proxy for SSL bump, but even following a few different options (peek/stare/bump) I can't even get the www.google.com/recaptcha/* to show up in the logs, as everything is just listed as "www.google.com:443", implying that the ssl bump didn't even work. At this point I'm pretty much out of ideas, as I've spent hours checking different google search options for answers, and have completely rebuilt the server using different options to try and cover anything I've missed.
