Question Another newbie's dumb question


trying to install a modem on my linux box. seems it needs the modem driver, which i have, but where do i install the driver file? the directions also say to edit the makefile with the path to the linux header files...where are they on the drive?

Hi, and welcome to LQ! :)

Depends on the distribution you're running, and
whether you actually installed them. The most common
location would be /usr/include/linux ...
