Silent Packet Drop Between Bridge and Interface?

I have a bridge connecting 2 Linux interfaces, and there are packet drops between bridge tx and receiving interface rx. The tcpdump results matches the packets counts from ifconfig, but neither side is reporting any packets being dropped. So any idea how I can find out where and who is dropping the packets? There are around 8000 packet drops unaccounted for.

Edit your post and disable the "Disable smilies in text" option that LinuxQuestion system uses (I hate that they are always on, and I cannot change that option's default).
