Redirec port in device eth0 to port+ip in device wlan0 ( port forwarding on hostpd wireless network)

hey people!, I have a small server running ubuntu server and router port 44 is already forwarded to its ip. I also use it as wireless router, with hostapd, and have a computer on that network that I intend to use as a server listening on port 44. As it it all is not on the same subnet as the home Router, I need to make a port forwarding (bridge) on the server, but I have no idea how and could not find much information about it. I believe that you can do this with iptables.

What I need to do with this server + wifi router, is to catch the traffic directed to port 44 arriving at eth0 and send to another server connected to wlan0 to port 44. can it be done with iptables ? Redirect port 44 to 44 eth0 wlan0 for a given IP.

Thank you very much!
